Claire Molyneux is a family solicitor with many years' experience of helping parents to resolve any difficulties they encounter in making arrangements for children when their relationship breaks down, or at any stage during their child's minority. She works with the specialist child law team to deliver a dedicated service to clients.
Supporting your ambitions
Day-to-day, Claire assist clients who, for many reasons, may be unable to agree on what the best living arrangements for their children are following separation. Claire is experienced in assisting clients through court applications about living arrangements for children, and when there are other decisions that are proving difficult for parents, such as a proposed holiday, choice of school place, or about medical treatment for a child. Claire is used to supporting families with complex needs, such as mental health needs, substance misuse, and domestic or other abuse. Claire has experience of fact-find hearings and appeals.
