We have advised Adnams Plc on the acquisition of the White Horse Hotel in Blakeney, North Norfolk and the subsequent transfer of the management of the business to Francis Guildea. Francis has been the manager of the Adnams hotels for the last 10 years and will manage the hotel in his own right for an initial period of 10 years.
