The economic goings on in the last 24 months have simultaneously engaged some people and disillusioned others. This is a widespread issue that is being reported from board rooms to the shop floor. If you couple this with a steady rise in stress, bullying and harassment claims, particularly those of a political nature, it would seem that people are showing signs of being "shaken up". This session will look at the tension hot spots that are being reported by organisations and what can be done to engage and harmonise leaders, managers and teams in the year ahead. We will then look at some of the claims that are occurring, what trends seem to be emerging and how we can prevent and manage these taking hold in our organisations.
