The majority of our debt instructions are dealt with by a paralegal who is involved in all aspects of the debt recovery process from pre-litigation matters through to straightforward defended claims and is experienced in the enforcement of county court judgements as well as obtaining settlement by negotiation.
More complex defended claims will be handled by members of the commercial disputes team depending on the complexity of the case.
