Our lawyers work together from offices in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Norwich. We act for around 40 Lloyd’s and London market insurers, as well as their insureds. As well as defending claims against design and build contractors, we also advise on and negotiate terms of both bespoke contracts and standard forms of appointment and can provide advice on the terms of insurance cover and how collateral warranties and indemnities may affect this.
