"A balance will be needed between workforce flexibility, pay increases, increased productivity and flexibility of employment." So says the 2010/2011 Operating Framework. But how will this be achieved and what workforce issues and challenges will HR professionals have to solve and overcome?
In this workshop we will consider the workforce implications of maximising efficiencies and flexibilities in the "cold climate" dealing with:
- changes to terms and conditions within AfC;
- mobility;
- job variation;
- challenges of service redesign;
- re-provision and commissioning issues;
- TUPE; and
- redundancy and redeployment.
