What can I do for you?
I am a senior solicitor in our family law team. I advise a wide range of clients on the implications of relationship breakdown. This often includes cases involving substantial assets and complex issues, such as businesses, trusts, pensions and international aspects. I can advise you about divorce, financial settlements (including variation applications), enforcement, injunctions, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements and issues relating to children, including residence and contact disputes. I can work with you either as a lawyer in the court process or as a collaboratively trained lawyer.

One size does not fit all. Every case is different. Each client has different expectations, priorities and requirements. I would aim to address issues for you as elegantly, as quickly and as cost effectively as possible and to help you find a way through what is perhaps one of the most difficult times in your life.

I belong to Resolution, an association of over 5,000 family lawyers which is helpful for meeting like-minded people and keeping up to speed with developments in the law. I’m currently treasurer on the West and North Yorkshire regional committee.
