What can I do for you?
I am a senior solicitor in the family team. I advise a wide range of clients (both men and women) on the implications of relationship breakdown. This often includes cases involving substantial assets and complex issues, such as businesses, trusts, pensions and international aspects. I advise clients about divorce, financial settlements (including variation applications), enforcement, injunctions, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements and issues relating to children, including residence and contact disputes.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
One size does not fit all. Every case is different. Each client has different expectations, priorities and requirements. I adapt my approach and advice to the individual circumstances of each client with the aim of addressing issues as elegantly, as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. My varied caseload enables me to adopt a variety of approaches to ensure the best outcome for each of my clients.

I belong to Resolution, an association of over 5,000 family lawyers which is helpful for meeting like-minded people and keeping up to speed with developments in the law. I’m currently treasurer on the West and North Yorkshire regional committee. The family team also runs a website called www.divorce.co.uk, the UK’s premier free resource for those going through divorce or separation.
