We would like to meet well rounded and balanced individuals interested in a career in the law and in Mills & Reeve. We are looking for a good balance between academic ability, interpersonal skills, drafting skills, common sense, commercial awareness, confidence, maturity and a sense of humour. You should have a minimum 300 UCAS points and a 2:1 degree or be on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1.
