I have specialised in commercial disputes since qualification in 1980. I can assist you in a diverse range of contract and other disputes. For most client’s, the primary aim is to achieve a satisfactory resolution with the least time and cost involved. Alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, is often an appropriate alternative to litigation.
I have also developed a specialism in licensing since 1998. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients get what they need in terms of authorities for the provision of alcohol, entertainment, late night refreshment, betting and gaming and advising them on all manner of licensing issues when they run into difficulties.
