What can I do for you?
I am a specialist in family law undertaking a broad range of work including divorce, financial negotiations and litigation, cohabitation issues as well as disputes relating to children. Clients increasingly want to protect their assets or provide some certainty for the future, I can assist by preparing pre and post-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements. I have also been instructed in substantial enforcement cases involving international assets.
Supporting my client’s objectives
Any process involving family breakdown is emotional and often distressing. My role is to support my clients at times of crisis – and to give them the common sense advice they really need. It is important to keep the future wellbeing of the family at the forefront of everyone’s minds, this can be achieved by providing solid legal advice and dealing with other lawyers in a conciliatory and commercially focused way.
Litigation is sometimes unavoidable. When it becomes necessary it is important to me that any proceedings are dealt with professionally and efficiently and that my clients are kept fully informed of the process they are involved in.
