What can I do for you?
I am a solicitor in our employment team. I advise commercial, education and public sector clients, including a large number of NHS trusts, on a full range of employment issues.
My work ranges from defending employment tribunal claims to advising clients on complex grievance and disciplinary issues. I also undertake non-contentious work such as drafting compromise agreements, reviewing policies and advising on the application of TUPE.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
A highlight of my work is assisting clients to successfully defend employment tribunal claims, which often involves tactical thinking. At any one time, I can be working on a range of employment tribunal claims, including complex disability, race and sex discrimination claims and unfair dismissal claims. I am also advising a number of NHS trusts on the developing national NHS equal pay litigation.
