What can I do for you?
I am an associate in the real estate team and can help you manage your property portfolio. I’m a specialist in landlord and tenant issues. I work with clients and their agents, for the whole lifecycle of properties. They ask for my advice when they are considering purchasing or constructing property, and I guide them through issues that arise whilst they own and let out the property all the way through to disposal or demolition. I also work closely with clients and their other advisers to develop effective working practices and good relationships.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
Our clients have lots of different types of properties and each property has a different need. We understand the story of each property and each client so that we can work with you more effectively and make things easier for you.
I recently concluded a project working with my client’s surveyors and our real estate disputes and construction teams to regenerate a site and improve the income stream for our client. We provided tactical advice to bring leases to an end and in some cases negotiated early lease surrenders. We dealt with some title and planning issues and negotiated appointments with consultants and contractors. I negotiated several leases and agreements for lease with new tenants so that the new building could be occupied as soon as it was completed.

One of the most common things we hear is that our team is approachable, friendly and proactive. One of our team’s clients recently commented that we have “a willingness to understand their requirements and go a little bit extra”.
What else should you know?
I organise our real estate seminar programme in Cambridge and also bespoke training/interactive sessions for our clients and our multipliers. At the moment I am responding to a challenge from our Norwich office to spearhead a pumpkin growing competition in our Cambridge office to raise funds for our nominated office charity.
