Sweet 16 for Mills & Reeve!

We are delighted to have been named in The Sunday Times’ Best 100 Companies to Work For list for the 16th year running.

Hot on the heels of being named law firm of the year by both Legal Week and RollOnFriday, we have been named in the top 25 firms in the UK by The Sunday Times’ Best Companies to Work For – our highest ever placing.

We are the only law firm and one of only two companies to have secured a place on the prestigious list for 16 years running.

The list, viewed as the most comprehensive analysis of workplace engagement in the UK, found that 93 per cent of our people felt proud to work for Mills & Reeve and 89 per cent felt that the firm is run on strong values and principles.

Justin Ripman, senior partner, said: “This is a fantastic endorsement of our firm and to be included for a 16th consecutive year is quite some achievement. We believe that if we get our culture right all the really important things like outstanding service and delighted clients follow naturally.”

We have also achieved the highest three star accreditation by Best Companies, the organisation behind The Sunday Times’ Best Companies to Work For. The survey rates attributes including leadership, management, teamwork and wellbeing in the workplace and the three star status means we have obtained the “highest standard of workplace engagement, representing organisations that truly excel”.
