What can I do for you?
I am a solicitor in the real estate disputes team. My work involves advising on a wide range of property-related disputes and other issues involving both residential and commercial property. This can range from dealing with non-contentious commercial lease renewals to advising on tenant insolvency or on issues relating to property ownership or title, such as boundary disputes, trespass or nuisance. I have acted for a wide variety of landlord clients in possession proceedings, again for both residential and commercial property, and I also advise landlords in connection with leasehold enfranchisement claims.
Supporting my clients’ needs
Recent work includes advising an NHS trust client in connection with trespass and contamination issues on land adjoining a secure NHS site. Particularly important in this case was the need to try to resolve the dispute without actually issuing proceedings in order to avoid any potentially adverse publicity. I have also advised a major property client in relation to ongoing service charge arrears and options for recovery.
