I am a solicitor specialising in family law. I advise on all issues relating to relationship breakdown. The focus of my work is primarily negotiating complex financial settlements often involving businesses, trusts and pensions. I also advise on all issues relating to children such as residence and contact arrangements.

The heart of my practice is to ascertain what my clients want to achieve. I take a pragmatic and sensible approach to all matters and my aim is to always resolve cases in an amicable and cost-effective way. I am a member of Resolution, the leading family law association. Although many of my cases are dealt with through court proceedings, I am also experienced in negotiating agreements outside the court which can often lead to a more satisfactory outcome for clients.
Within the team we run a website www.divorce.co.uk which aims to guide individuals through the information and resources they need to help cope with the end of a relationship, whether it be emotional support or practical advice.
