I am a tax consultant in the tax, benefits and charities team. My work includes helping clients with advise on employment taxes and on all types of employee share incentive scheme, including approved and unapproved share options plans, share purchase plans and employee benefit trusts. I also advise on SDLT and VAT in property transactions.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
Employee share incentive schemes are a great way to recruit, retain and motivate employees and, properly structured can provide valuable tax reliefs. A particular highlight of my role is working with clients to establish employee share schemes that meet their commercial needs and that are structured as tax efficiently as possible. Once everything is up and running, our clients know that we are always on hand to provide ongoing practical support and advice on the operation of the scheme.
