I am a senior solicitor in the real estate team. I specialise in landlord and tenant and development work. My clients vary from organisations in the education sector, including universities and Oxbridge colleges, to general commercial businesses of all sizes.
Supporting my clients’ ambitions
I am particularly proud of the advice and assistance we have been giving to one of our further education clients in connection with their sale of surplus land to enable redevelopment of their campus. Our knowledge and experience in dealing with this type of transaction has helped deliver a strong commercial agreement to the client. We have continued to work together with the client since the original agreement was signed including assisting with other transactions relating to the campus redevelopment.
