I’m a solicitor in the family team. My work includes helping clients following a family breakdown, including resolving financial matters and issues relating to children. As part of the UK’s largest family teams, I have advised on a variety of matters relating to divorce, ancillary relief and private law children cases.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
I understand how distressing family breakdown can be and it is my aim to support my clients through this difficult time. It is important for people going through separation to remain in control of the process. I provide guidance and advice on the difficult decisions that need to be made. My approach is to find creative and workable solutions to those problems that are most important to my clients. While I have experience of working with high net worth individuals in resolving the issues surrounding relationship breakdown, I also provide cost-effective and focused advice to those with more modest assets. I also deal with private law children cases, including leave to remove, residence and contact applications.
