I have been specialising in personal injury work for a number of years. My work in our regulatory team includes handling employers’ and occupiers’ liability claims as well as road traffic accident claims on behalf of both claimants and defendants. I also assist with more complex fatal accident claims.
I am involved in all aspects of the debt recovery process, from pre-litigation matters through to straightforward defended claims. I am experienced in enforcing county court judgments as well as obtaining settlement by negotiation.
Supporting my clients’ aims
A highlight for me is recovering damages for my clients. I acted for a client who, as a result of a shooting accident on his farm, lost sight in one of his eyes and made a recovery of substantial damages. My client was very happy with the end result and the smooth running of the claim.
I have also acted for a client who sustained serious injuries while attending a corporate hospitality day. As a result of these injuries, they required treatment in the future by way of surgery. I recovered substantial past and future damages for my client, which included the private cost of the future operation.
