Supporting my clients’ objectives
A stand out piece of work for me has been assisting a large employer in successfully bringing to conclusion a lengthy and complex employee dispute. The employment tribunal litigation included a constructive dismissal claim along with claims of race, sex, age and disability discrimination.
Guiding and supporting the employer closely throughout the process gave me a fantastic insight into what is really important to the organisation and the people that work within it. By remaining focussed and maintaining courage in our position, we secured 100 per cent success in the proceedings, giving our client a very convincing and important victory.
What do others say?
