I am a legal executive specialising in residential property transactions. I act for a wide variety of clients on all types of transactions from sales, purchases and remortgages to probate and matrimonial property matters.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
My recent work includes the first registration of farm land for a client who had been approached by the Land Registry, as part of their commitment to registering all of the land in England and Wales. I have also assisted with sales of part and with a number of land transactions within family trusts.
