I’m a real estate lawyer who specialises in acting for corporate occupiers and clients in the healthcare sector. My work includes helping clients acquire and develop new sites for their business as well as disposing of surplus land.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
My current worked includes advising URSA Insulation SA on the proposed development of a €100 million manufacturing plant on the South Humber Bank. I lead the multi-disciplinary team advising the client on all aspects of the transaction including property, planning, construction and taxation issues.
