We have advised growing travel company, Secret Escapes Limited, in relation to its Series A investment round from a syndicate of investors, including existing investors Octopus Ventures and Atlas Venture Fund.
Secret Escapes is an exclusive members only travel club offering discounts of up to 70 per cent on luxury holidays. Since its launch in February 2011, it has attracted over 750,000 members and has sold more than 500 worldwide destinations, from seaside cottages and country house hotels in England to apartments and hotels in the world’s major cities, as well as offering major discounts on luxury cruises and resorts.
The funding will support market spend in 2012 of over £5 million.
