We're very excited to be announcing that we're moving to a new home in Cambridge. We will be moving our Cambridge offices to
Botanic House, a prestigious new development built by Pace Investments.
We have signed an agreement to lease the entire 52,000 square foot of prime office space situated between the city’s historic core and the railway station. Botanic House, which is due to be completed by June 2012, represents the first phase of Pace Investments’ ambitious development, with planning consent for further commercial, retail and residential space.
We will move from our existing site at Francis House by the beginning of 2013 following an extensive fit-out. We will occupy the majority of Botanic House but are planning to sub-let some of the space.
The new building, the first speculative office development in Cambridge for over 20 years, will create an inspiring working environment for the firm’s growing workforce, more than 300 of which are based in the city. The distinctive lens-shaped building, designed by Formation Architects, enjoys stunning views of Cambridge University’s Botanic Garden and a number of staff are already working closely with designers Mansfield Monk to ensure that the style of the building mirrors the firm’s collaborative way of working.
