Your challenges
Minerals and waste are vital aspects of life but are always under challenge. Minerals feed and need construction projects. Both find it difficult to get planning permission and both are long term. We all produce waste but most have reservations about being near waste management facilities. Minerals are vital for development, but extraction is controversial. Both sectors face growing environmental controls. Both need land and finance. And the waste industry delivers through PFI and PPP.
In a difficult economic climate, divestiture and restructuring are more common and present challenges of their own.
You need lawyers beside you who are familiar with your needs. We know the sectors. We understand the economy in which you are operating. We are at home with you in the boardroom, at the negotiating table and on site getting our boots muddy.
