Description
This seminar is relevant for anyone who uses the NEC suite of contracts as we will look at the NEC standard form contracts to decide whether employers and contractors should insist on using Z clauses. We will also review some of the more usual Z clauses and assess how those clauses affect how the parties use the NEC standard form contracts.
