What can I do for you?
Working in our technology and commerce team, I specialise in advising both private and public sector clients on brand protection and enforcement, including advice on trade mark, design and copyright law. I also advise on e-commerce and data protection issues, and draft and negotiate commercial contracts involving intellectual property and IT.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
My recent work has included advising an industry regulator on a significant IT procurement involving the establishment of a framework for procuring various IT services from ten suppliers. This involved having meetings with each supplier and negotiating the terms of each of the agreements separately whilst trying to ensure as much consistency as possible across the ten supplier contracts. I have also recently been advising an examinations board on the protection of various trade marks and I have been drafting and negotiating various licensing and collaboration agreements with complex intellectual property ownership and licensing provisions for several different technology clients.
