She has particular expertise around academic collaborations and international education ventures, apprenticeship contracts, charity fundraising, grants and donations, and general commercial contracts.
Supporting your ambitions
One of Jennifer's highlights has been assisting clients with interpreting and implementing changes in the apprenticeships system. She has helped a number of clients to develop suites of template contracts and to navigate some challenging legal and regulatory issues. This has enabled clients to launch new apprenticeship programmes and to maximise the opportunities available. Jennifer has also advised on a variety of academic collaborations including validation, joint/dual, flying faculty and agency agreements, helping clients to achieve their ambitions and reduce their risk. These have included complex and bespoke international arrangements in jurisdictions such as India, China and Malta.
