Judith is an associate within the corporate team and specialises in ESG. She assists clients from various industries with different aspects of their business, such as buying and selling companies, restructuring their organisation, managing their corporate affairs and navigating the ESG regulatory and legislative framework, including reporting and disclosure requirements.

Judith supports clients’ ambitions by giving relevant and practical legal advice on their business transactions and issues. She has strong commercial acumen, developed through her previous career and client secondments with GlaxoSmithKline and the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI).
