Summary:
The Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 (the Act) will come into force on 6 April 2010 and it
will affect all wills and trusts executed on or after that date. Clients and their advisers need to
understand how the changes will affect wills and trusts so that they can consider whether there is
any action they should take in relation to their wills or to any trusts which are in contemplation.
