What can I do for you?
I am a solicitor in our family team advising on all aspects of relationship breakdown, but with particular experience of financial settlements on divorce. Mills and Reeve has a large team of family lawyers, which means we have a huge range of experience and expertise available to help our clients. I can act for a client throughout the divorce process or provide cost effective, targeted help when it is needed most on a fixed fee basis.
Supporting my clients’ objectives
Every client is different and no one outcome or approach suits everyone. Some cases need court involvement, but others are better suited to different forms of dispute resolution such as mediation or negotiation. Relationship breakdown is a difficult time and objectivity and clear advice are crucial in deciding how to proceed. My aim is to support clients through the process in the least stressful and most cost-effective way possible.
