What can I do for you?
I am a solicitor specialising in employment law. My work includes helping our clients with a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including unfair dismissals, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination issues, drafting compromise agreements and employment tribunal litigation. I am also involved in handling large equal pay litigation for our NHS clients.
Supporting my clients’ aims
My work involves handling many litigated matters that are proceeding to the employment tribunal. As anyone involved in litigation will know, this can often raise surprises or at least not always run smoothly. Clients can get caught out by litigation and occasionally instruct us late in the day.
A highlight for me is being able to turn situations around by assisting our clients in putting their best foot forward. We work closely as a team and, if necessary, all hands can be on the deck to get the preparatory work completed to the highest standard so that our clients stand the best chance of success at the hearing.
