Management – real estate

Your challenges

Being able to react quickly and proactively to your needs is crucial in the current market. As a landlord you may need to be flexible to accommodate tenants in trouble or to fill voids. As a tenant, you may need to act quickly to secure your lease. For either party, it is always important to document any changes; to protect your investment and to safeguard your liability. And that is our aim.

Achieving your ambitions

Management work is our bread and butter. We do it day in, day out for landlords and tenants. Whether you want a lease or a renewal, a licence to occupy, alter, assign or underlet, a rent review memorandum, surrender or deed of variation – we have a dedicated management team in place to help you quickly and efficiently. We won’t make a fuss!

You want to know how much a job will cost and who will do it. We can provide fixed fee scales for management work. We will allocate you a designated lawyer as your sole point of contact: they will not change without notice. Do you want standardised documents for your office or mixed use block, park or mall? We provide them for many of our clients. Do you want to access your bespoke documents on our extranet? You can do that too.

The strength you need

Understanding the commercial and legal drivers relevant to any property is key to its management. Our lawyers have to understand them. That is why we dedicate a specific lawyer to a given property: we want them to know your property and strategy intimately. We also want them to have all relevant information at their finger tips. They will be supported by a supervising partner and one of the largest full service real estate groups in the country.

Lawyers you can trust

Clients like our no-nonsense and proactive approach to management work. It ought not to be a drama or protracted. This is why we continue to act for some of the UK’s largest investors, landowners and occupiers in the daily management of their portfolios and interests.
