As a member of our health team, my time is spent advising NHS and other health sector clients on a wide range of issues ranging from commercial and NHS contracts through to legislation, policy and guidance and procurement issues which impact on this sector.
Supporting my clients' ambitions
Coming from a commercial contracts background, I am well placed to advise on a full range of contract issues and have also assisted clients with queries on all forms of NHS standard contracts.
When providing contract advice to public sector entities such as the NHS, it is key to have in-depth knowledge of procurement legislation. Our team also provides advice to NHS clients on all stages of the procurement process starting from which tender process is appropriate through to managing the risk of, and dealing with, any challenges to award decisions.
