What can I do for you?
I’m a specialist in corporate transactional work and advise a diverse range of clients. I work with multinational companies who want to sell, invest or acquire businesses in a variety of jurisdictions and also advise on operational corporate needs and structuring. I am also part of the restructuring and insolvency group, providing advice to banks, insolvency practitioners and corporates on issues relating to restructuring and rescue situations. These are projects with tight timescales and a real need for momentum and decisive action.

Best part of the job? Making it work for the client. We recently worked with an international client on a UK acquisition. A real highlight for me was the way in which our team of experts became part of the client’s internal team. We helped our client to focus on the most important issues in unfamiliar territory, sharing our experience and judgement with them to achieve the right result.
