I am a specialist in the field of procurement, competitive tendering, and contracts – a specialism that can assist any organisation wanting to access the increasingly complex world of EU procurement, outsourcing, public–private contracting, and winning (or constructing) the competitive tendering process in both public and private sectors.
Supporting my clients’ ambitions
Examples of my work include the drafting, negotiation and completion of a £420 million multi agency framework agreement, in compliance with EU procurement regulations, which offered flexibility but maintained competition. Elsewhere, I assisted a national agency client to procure and install a nationwide system delivering goods and services through a variety of interfaces with the public. It was an innovative project and I enjoyed working with a national project team.

As a former Assistant Chief Economic Adviser to the Greater London Council (GLC) with the responsibility of a dedicated team, I am familiar with the dynamics of large organisations and their contract operations, including the procurement and management of such contracts.
