We look to innovations and best practice to lessen our environmental impact – reducing our energy consumption, travelling more sustainably, increasing recycling and ensuring none of our waste goes to landfill.
As a member of the Legal Sustainability Alliance, we share learnings across firms to collectively act on climate change.
Social
We’re known for being a great place to work but that doesn’t stop us pushing further.
We work to reduce the gender and ethnicity pay gap at every level and have board-led active taskforces to raise awareness of issues of gender, LGBTQ+, race, disability and wider inclusion.
We raise money for charities in our local communities and support many social projects pro bono. In a high-profile example, we represented Resolution in a landmark case paving the way for a no-fault divorce system.
Governance
Our leadership team, which is led by a female managing partner is passionate about doing the right thing.
With every decision, we aim to weigh up what’s right for the environment, our people and communities with being profitable.
