As we are now operating a hybrid working model, there is the opportunity for some working from home in the role

The role

You will be responsible for undertaking all data entry in relation to billing tasks, credit notes, adjustments as well as the administration of invoices both internally and externally.

Who will I be working with

You will join an effective team of 7 and report to the team leader.

What previous experience do I need

We are looking for someone who has some previous relevant billing or finance administration background, and who is looking to either broaden or strengthen their existing skillset.  In addition we feel that you will be able to demonstrate the following:Confident in prioritising own workload, dependant on notified deadlinesCan evidence clear and concise written, and verbal communication skills to ensure that colleagues/clients are aware of the status of their taskBe able to explain to others in a simple and concise wayIs able to build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externallyIs able to demonstrate excellent attention to detailFor further details please view the attached full copy of the job description.
