What does the role involve?
To be an integral member of the facilities team and to take responsibility for all questions and queries ensuring that staff and partners have access to a comprehensive and high quality facilities service which provides outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
This role will also provide relief reception cover on our main reception desk.
You will be working within the facilities team in the Cambridge office and will report to the facilities team leader. The facilities team provide a service between the hours of 7:30am and 6:30pm and your working hours will be for 7 hours each day between these times, on a weekly rota basis, to ensure all services are provided within core working hours.
What experience is required?
This is a busy and challenging role and to be successful your background will probably include:
- Previous experience of working within an office
- Some reception/front of house experience
- Customer service experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
