Purpose of the role To be an integral member of the Facilities team and to take responsibility for questions and queries ensuring that staff and partners have access to a comprehensive and high quality facilities service that provides outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client services, records management, internal audits & site inspections, mailroom and reprographics services are provided to Mills & Reeve internal and external clients. The role is to work 35 hours per week. The hours will vary between 07.30 and 18.00, but your core hours will be 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week.

The person

Due to the nature of the role, to be successful your background will probably include Recent office administration based experience is essential and Facilities experience is desirable. Experience working in a professional services environment would be desirable. At least 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including C grade or above in English and Mathematics. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. In addition, the role requires someone who Has the ability to work as part of a team and establishes good working relationships at all levels. Has excellent planning and organisational skills. Provides outstanding client service at all times. Is able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels. Has excellent presentational and attention to detail skills. Remains calm under pressure.
