The role

There is flexibility around location.This role can be part-time or full-time (up to 35 hrs per week). If you are interested in this role on a part-time basis, please provide details of ideal working days/hours in your application.The role is currently being undertaken remotely although will move into more of a hybrid role of office and home working.You will be part of the firm-wide Knowledge, Learning and Development team who provide the knowledge, skills and processes that support the firm in delivering its purpose and vision through knowledge management, learning and development and project management. This role will be part of the IT training team delivering IT to both new and existing members of staff. You will also be responsible for supporting the KLD team in any training and other related activities as appropriate.

The person

Given the nature of this role, it is likely that your background and experience will likely include previous experience as an IT Trainer, with potentially both classroom and remote training exposure, experience in delivery and design of training course material, a solid understanding of the full Microsoft office suite and some previous knowledge or experience of case management systems e.g. MatterSphere/3E.

In addition, the role requires someone who:

Has a professional, flexible, and reliable attitude, is self-motivated, is customer focussed with a proactive can do approach, has strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and across all business areas, is able to work within a team as well as independently, is able to demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic and an ability to problem solve, has the ability to prioritise their own workload, can demonstrate strong attention to detail, is confident in presenting to small groups and has the ability to travel to our other offices as needed.
