The role

We are seeking an individual to join our Plot Sales Team in a Plot Conveyancer role. The team acts for major developer clients to ensure quick and efficient exchanges and completions of their plot sales. You will manage allocated developments dealing with enquiries, creating documents and providing updates for the developer clients regarding their plot sales.

Who would I be working with?

The Plot Sales Team is led by partner David Roberts. You will be working with experienced Plot Conveyancers and a support team. The Plot Sales Team is based in the firm's Norwich office and is part of the wider Real Estate National Service Line ("NSL") led by partner, Richard Hanson.

What experience is required?

You will be required to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment. With your existing knowledge of the conveyancing process you will be provided with additional training and support.

What skills and attributes would I need?

- Educated to degree standard or equivalent - Excellent written English - The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to prioritise effectively - Excellent interpersonal and team working skills - The ability to create and maintain constructive long term client relationships - Knowledge of the conveyancing process and a proven interest in Property Law - An enthusiastic personality and a willingness to take on new challenges

Pre-employment screening
