Location - flexible. We are operating a hybrid working week and are looking for 50%/60% of the working week to be office based

What does the role involve

This is a national role with responsibility for supporting the learning and development of employees across the firm. The scope of the role encompasses the non-legal learning and development needs of lawyers, non-solicitor fee earners and business services across the firms six locations. The main purpose is to deliver training on a range of non-legal topics e.g. communication, client care, time management, legal project management and people management skills both in person and remotely. This will include the delivery of training in each of the firms offices on a very regular basis.

Who will I be working with

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, the Senior Learning & Development Manager is a member of the Knowledge, Learning and Development (KLD) team and reports to the Head of Learning & Development, who in turn reports to the KLD Director. Administrative support is provided by the learning and development administration team.The role requires close liaison with many people, in particular the NSL leaders, talent partners, Managing Partner, HR, marketing, support service heads, regulatory bodies and external providers.
