A full or part time permanent role based in any of our six offices with occasional travel to other offices and flexibility to work from home

The role

Reporting to the firms Chief Financial Officer, this is a busy and demanding role responsible for day to day management of the firms growing Structured Work Allocation team and driving the further roll-out and development of the function across other National Service Lines (NSLs). This role is a crucial part of realising M&Rs commitment to agility, diversity and profitable growth and as such will work alongside the Managing Partner and Firms DEI lead to support these initiatives.

The person

Work Allocation is a developing function at Mills & Reeve and as such this role requires someone who is a self-starter and who is resilient and able to influence and gain respect from a cross section of Partners, Lawyers and Business Support in driving and embedding changing work practices.
