What does the role involve?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be trained and developed into a leading probate practitioner. There will also be the opportunity to study for further qualifications.

You will assist the team in Birmingham, as well as the wider private client team, who advise a range of clients, specialising in probate work and estate administration on a wide variety of matters including, all aspects of finalising a person's estate, including;

Typically we act for wealthy families and individuals, business people and landowners.

Why should I apply?

If you are the kind of individual who wishes to assist families at a sensitive time and help them to make what can be a daunting process as painless and smooth as possible, together with developing relationships with clients, not only assistant them with the legal aspects of a loved one's estate, but also negotiating family responsibilities and offering support when you can, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a firm at the prime end of the market.
