What can I do for you?

In addition to my role as managing partner, I’m a corporate specialist and my work involves helping listed and private companies as well as those who fund them on a wide range of corporate matters. This includes sales and acquisitions, takeovers, raising finance, restructuring and joint ventures. I also specialise in advising universities and other education bodies with their corporate needs including structuring spin outs, mergers and national and international collaborations.

Supporting my clients’ objectives

Recent personal highlights include helping the Institute of Education merge with University College London and advising 18 colleges of the University of Cambridge create a first-of-its-kind finance deal, raising over £400 million from institutional investors.

As managing partner, I’m ambitious for the firm and am pushing for us to achieve even more as part of our 2020 strategy. Our aims include increasing turnover to more than £100 million, developing our reputation for innovative and exciting work and to be viewed as a truly national leader with global reach.
