Event description

James will provide an overview of the new planning condition requiring 10% Biodiversity Net Gain on all new planning applications and the relevant legislation in the Environment Act. He'll also look at how we expect this to work in practice, the impact on developers and options/solutions open to them. 

Callum will look at the opportunities for developers and landowners to provide natural capital and off-site Biodiversity Net Gain introduced by this new regime.
