Event description

In this Breaking Ground webinar we will discuss the way in which Claimants may attempt to establish the existence of a cause of action in tort in the absence of a contractual link.

We will cover:

  • the contractual framework
  • how a duty of care in negligence may (or may not) arise, including how responsibility may be assumed
  • practical steps to limit the risk of assuming greater responsibility than originally intended or contracted for.

If you have accessibility needs or require any adjustments to take part in the webinar, please let us know here.
