Event description

Land remediation tax relief is the only corporation tax relief available to developers of brownfield sites and yet, beyond the major housebuilders and developers, many entitled companies are failing to take advantage of this valuable incentive and often leave it too late to make a claim. This webinar will provide attendees with an overview of the key entitlement and eligibility issues and will explore some of the misconceptions and pitfalls commonly encountered.

The webinar will also provide an overview of the key budget announcements and how they will impact the current incentives regimes relevant to those involved in the development of brownfield land.

With practical examples and insightful tips around tax intelligent structuring and procurement of projects this webinar will be relevant to both finance directors as well as all those responsible for the delivery of brownfield projects.

This webinar series will provide a fresh perspective on some of the key environmental challenges for the sector:

  • PFAS contamination from fire training grounds
  • Developing on former landfills
  • How to successfully transfer environmental liability
  • We will also examine practical solutions available for developers with environmental insurance tips and Land Remediation Relief.

If you have accessibility needs or require any adjustments to enable you to take part in the webinar, please let us know here.
