Event description

Following the move to Stage 4 on 19 July 2021, employers have had to balance the need to operate their business efficiently with their obligations to protect the health and wellbeing of their workers.

In this webinar, we will look at a number of tricky COVID-related issues which employers have been experiencing, including:

  • Considerations for vulnerable workers, such as disabled workers, pregnant workers and those workers with vulnerable persons in their households. We will specifically cover the management of sickness absence due to Long COVID and reasonable adjustments in a remote/ hybrid context;
  • What to do when an employee refuses to return to the office or, alternatively, refuses to continue working from home;
  • Key issues for employers who are proposing to make enquiries about their employees’ vaccination status; and
  • What to do if an employee refuses to undertake workplace COVID-19 testing.

We will also cover important highlights from recent cases and key upcoming developments.

Upon confirmation of your place, you will have the opportunity to send questions to the speakers so they can be covered if possible, during the webinar.

If this date doesn't work for you, please feel free to register for any of the local webinars, details of which can be found on the booking form by clicking the pink button above.
